The mission of the Water Resources Engineering/Technical Services Section is to serve the community by providing and organizing technical services and resources needed to construct and refurbish new and existing primary drainage facilities.  The section also provides engineering expertise within the Water Resources Department and EPO where needed and works to facilitate coordination and sharing of knowledge with respect to planned development projects and the performance characteristics of receiving drainage systems.
